Internal harmony, mental clarity and extreme focus are on everybody’s wish list, but what if we could actually make it happen? The ancient art of Tai Chi is a type of martial arts that is said to harmonise your yin and your yang and bring calm and clarity through your focus on the movements. Should we give it a try?

We have called in a Tai Chi teacher, Lynn Wei, to train with you on Monday 9 October at 8.30 at The Library Europe, followed by breakfast with your fellow members.
